Jennifer Stack is a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science Degree in nutrition from New York University. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator and is currently writing a diabetes-focused cookbook with The Culinary Institute of America. She is a graduate of The CIA in the culinary arts program and was the recipient of The Brillat-Savarin Young Professionals Medal of Merit in addition to graduating with honors in 2003.
Jennifer is a recognized authority on food, nutrition and healthy cooking. She has appeared on ABC-TV's "Good Morning America", CNN, MTV and The Food Network in addition to other local news and radio stations. She has written for Cooking Light and Woman's Day magazines, with stories syndicated through the Associated Press News Service. Her nutritional and cooking advice has been quoted in The New York Times, The New York Post, The Daily News and The Valley Table and Plate magazines.
